سياسة الشحن والتوصيل

في سيجما فت، نسعى لتوفير تجربة تسوق إلكتروني واضحة، مريحة، وآمنة من لحظة تأكيد الطلب وحتى استلامه.

يرجى قراءة سياسة الشحن والتوصيل بعناية قبل إتمام الطلب، لضمان وضوح المدة المتوقعة للتوصيل، خطوات التأكيد، طرق الدفع، واستلام الشحنة.

قبل تأكيد الطلب

جميع الطلبات مرتبطة بتوافر المنتج في المخزون، ولا يمكن شحن منتج غير متاح.

يرجى مراجعة تفاصيل المقاسات وفقًا لجدول المقاسات قبل إتمام الطلب، مع العلم أن الألوان قد تختلف قليلًا بسبب الإضاءة أو إعدادات الشاشة.

نوع القماش والمواصفات الفنية لكل منتج موضحة في وصف المنتج داخل الموقع.

بعد إتمام الطلب، يتم إجراء فحص جودة في المخزن قبل الشحن. إذا تبين أن المنتج به عيب تصنيع لا يمكن شحنه، يحق لسيجما فت إلغاء القطعة أو الطلب مع إبلاغ العميل ورد قيمة القطعة إذا كانت مدفوعة مسبقًا.

تأكيد الطلب والتواصل قبل الشحن

يتم التواصل مع العميل على رقم الهاتف المسجل في الطلب لتأكيد الطلب قبل الشحن. يرجى التأكد من أن الرقم صحيح ومتاح للتواصل، ويفضل أن يكون عليه واتساب لتسهيل المتابعة.

قد يتم إرسال إشعارات أو تحديثات عبر البريد الإلكتروني المسجل في الطلب عند الحاجة.

الطلب لا يغادر المخزن قبل تأكيده.

في حال عدم القدرة على تأكيد الطلب أو عدم وصول رد خلال المدة المحددة، قد يتم إلغاء الطلب. وإذا كان الطلب مدفوعًا مسبقًا، يتم رد المبلغ وفقًا لسياسة الاسترجاع ورد المبالغ.

مدة الشحن والتوصيل

مدة التوصيل المعتادة من 2 إلى 7 أيام عمل بعد تأكيد الطلب.

أيام الجمعة والسبت والعطلات الرسمية لا تُحتسب ضمن أيام العمل.

قد تختلف مدة التوصيل حسب المحافظة، المنطقة، ضغط الشحن، أو ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا.

في حال تأجيل استلام الطلب أو عدم التواجد في العنوان أكثر من مرة، قد تقوم شركة الشحن بإلغاء محاولة التوصيل أو إرجاع الشحنة.

تفاصيل العنوان

لضمان وصول الطلب دون تأخير، يرجى إدخال عنوان واضح ومفصل يشمل المحافظة، المنطقة، اسم الشارع، رقم العقار، الدور، رقم الشقة أو الوحدة، وأقرب علامة مميزة.

قد يطلب مندوب الشحن موقعك الجغرافي عبر واتساب لتسهيل الوصول في بعض الحالات.

الدفع عند الاستلام

في حال اختيار الدفع عند الاستلام، يرجى التأكد من توفر المبلغ المطلوب بالكامل وقت التسليم.

سيجما فت غير مسؤولة عن أي تحويلات مالية تتم خارج طرق الدفع الرسمية المتاحة في الطلب. في حالة الدفع عند الاستلام، يتم الدفع كاش للمندوب وقت التسليم.

تجميع الطلبات

إذا كان لديك أكثر من طلب على نفس العنوان، يرجى التواصل معنا قبل الشحن لطلب تجميعهم في شحنة واحدة إذا كان ذلك متاحًا.

في حال عدم التواصل قبل الشحن، قد يتم شحن كل طلب بشكل منفصل مع احتساب رسوم شحن مستقلة لكل شحنة.

استلام الشحنة

يتم تغليف جميع الطلبات في عبوات محكمة لحماية المنتجات أثناء النقل.

يرجى عدم استلام الشحنة إذا كانت مفتوحة أو غير مغلقة بشكل سليم، والتواصل معنا فورًا لمراجعة الحالة.

مندوب الشحن مسؤول عن تسليم الطلب وتحصيل المبلغ عند اللزوم فقط، ولا يمكنه فتح الطرد أو معاينة المنتج أو إجراء تجربة أو استبدال أثناء التسليم.

في حال وجود مشكلة بعد الاستلام، يتم التعامل معها من خلال القنوات الرسمية.

تكاليف الشحن

تكلفة الشحن تختلف حسب موقعك، المحافظة، المنطقة، ووزن الطلب.

الطلبات المؤهلة للشحن المجاني هي التي تزيد قيمتها عن 2999 جنيه.

قد لا يكون الشحن المجاني متاحًا لبعض المناطق أو المحافظات مثل أسيوط، سيناء، البحر الأحمر، مرسى مطروح، قنا، الأقصر، وأسوان.

خدمة التجربة قبل الشراء

خدمة تجربة المقاس متاحة في القاهرة والجيزة فقط، بحد أقصى 5 قطع، وبتكلفة خدمة 50 جنيه، حسب توافر الخدمة في وقت الطلب والمنطقة.

الشحن الدولي للطلبات الفردية

لا نقدم شحنًا دوليًا مباشرًا للطلبات الفردية حاليًا.

يمكن للعميل من خارج مصر تنفيذ طلب مدفوع مسبقًا واستخدام شركة شحن داخلية داخل مصر. في هذه الحالة، يتم إدخال عنوان شركة الشحن داخل مصر، ونقوم بتسليم الطلب لها.

بعد استلام شركة الشحن المحلية للطلب، تصبح هي الطرف المسؤول عن الشحن الدولي والمتابعة مع العميل.

لضمان تغليف مناسب للشحن الدولي، يرجى إبلاغ خدمة العملاء بعد إتمام الطلب.

نوفر إمكانية ترتيب الشحن الجوي الدولي لطلبات الجملة فقط، ويمكن متابعة التفاصيل من خلال التواصل مع خدمة العملاء.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Sigma Fit, we aim to provide a clear, smooth, and safe online shopping experience from order confirmation to delivery.

Please read this Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully before placing your order so you clearly understand delivery timelines, confirmation steps, payment requirements, and package receiving rules.

Before Order Confirmation

All orders are subject to product availability. Unavailable items cannot be shipped.

Please review the size chart before placing your order. Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings.

Fabric type and technical specifications are stated in each product description.

After an order is placed, we run a warehouse quality check before shipping. If a product has a manufacturing defect and cannot be shipped, Sigma Fit may cancel the item or order, notify the customer, and refund the prepaid amount for that item.

Order Confirmation and Pre-Shipment Contact

We contact the customer using the phone number provided at checkout to confirm the order before shipping. Please make sure the number is correct, active, and preferably WhatsApp-enabled.

We may also send updates or notifications to the registered email address when needed.

Orders do not leave the warehouse before confirmation.

If we cannot confirm the order or receive no response within the required time, the order may be cancelled. If the order was prepaid, the refund will be handled according to our return and refund policy.

Delivery Time

The usual delivery window is 2 to 7 business days after order confirmation.

Fridays, Saturdays, and official holidays are not counted as business days.

Delivery time may vary depending on governorate, area, shipping load, or circumstances outside our control.

If delivery is postponed or no one is available at the address more than once, the courier may cancel the delivery attempt or return the shipment.

Address Details

To avoid delays, please provide a clear and complete address including governorate, area, street name, building number, floor, apartment or unit number, and a nearby landmark.

The courier may request your live location via WhatsApp in some cases to make delivery easier.

Cash on Delivery

If you choose Cash on Delivery, please prepare the full amount at the time of delivery.

Sigma Fit is not responsible for any money transfers made outside the official payment methods available for the order. For Cash on Delivery, payment is made in cash to the courier at delivery.

Combining Orders

If you have more than one order going to the same address, please contact us before shipping to request combining them into one shipment if available.

If you do not contact us before shipping, each order may be shipped separately with a separate shipping fee for each shipment.

Receiving Your Package

All orders are packed in secure packaging to protect the products during delivery.

Please do not accept the package if it is open or not properly sealed, and contact us immediately so we can review the case.

The courier is responsible for delivering the order and collecting payment when applicable only. Couriers cannot open the package, inspect the product, allow try-on, or process exchanges during delivery.

If you face any issue after delivery, it will be handled through our official channels.

Shipping Fees

Shipping cost varies depending on your location, governorate, area, and order weight.

Orders that qualify for free shipping are those with a value greater than 2999 EGP.

Free shipping may not be available for some areas or governorates, including Assiut, Sinai, Red Sea, Marsa Matrouh, Qena, Luxor, and Aswan.

Try-Before-You-Buy Service

The try-before-you-buy service is available in Cairo and Giza only, with a maximum of 5 items and a 50 EGP service fee, depending on service availability at the time of order and in your area.

International Shipping for Personal Orders

We do not currently offer direct international shipping for personal orders.

Customers outside Egypt may place a prepaid order and use a local forwarding company inside Egypt. In this case, the customer enters the forwarding company’s address in Egypt, and we deliver the order to that address.

Once the local forwarding company receives the order, it becomes responsible for the international shipping process and follow-up with the customer.

For suitable international shipping packaging, please notify customer service after placing the order.
