هذه السياسة خاصة بالمشتريات التي تتم عبر الموقع الإلكتروني فقط.

المشتريات من الفروع يتم التعامل معها من خلال الفروع مباشرة، حيث تختلف الإجراءات عن الطلبات الأونلاين.

لا يمكن تنفيذ استرجاع أو استبدال لطلبات الأونلاين عبر الفروع، والعكس صحيح.

الاسترجاع

مدة الاسترجاع

يمكنك طلب الاسترجاع خلال 30 يومًا من تاريخ إنشاء الطلب.

شروط الاسترجاع

يجب أن تكون المنتجات في نفس الحالة التي تم استلامها بها: غير مستخدمة، غير مَغسولة، وبحالتها الأصلية، مع وجود جميع العلامات والملصقات والتغليف الأصلي كاملًا، بالإضافة إلى إيصال أو إثبات الشراء.

طريقة بدء طلب الاسترجاع

لكي يتم استرجاع أي طلب أونلاين، يجب ملء نموذج الاسترجاع المخصص عبر الموقع.

فتح نموذج الاسترجاع

لا توجد أي طريقة أخرى متاحة لطلبات الاسترجاع الخاصة بالأونلاين.

لا يتم قبول أي شحنة مرتجعة يتم إرسالها دون تقديم النموذج والحصول على موافقة.

حالات التلف أو استلام منتج خاطئ

يرجى فحص الطلب وقت الاستلام والتواصل معنا فورًا إذا كان المنتج به عيب، أو تالفًا، أو إذا تم استلام منتج خاطئ، حتى نتمكن من تقييم الحالة ومعالجتها بالشكل المناسب.

المنتجات غير القابلة للاسترجاع

لا يمكن استرجاع الشرابات، الشنط الرياضية، الكمامات، الشيكر، الأرم سليف، وأي منتج يلامس الجلد مباشرة أو يُعد منتجًا شخصيًا أو صحيًا، إلا إذا ثبت وجود عيب تصنيع.

الاسترجاع دون سبب متعلق بالجودة

في حالة الاسترجاع لأسباب غير متعلقة بالجودة أو عيب التصنيع، يمكن رد المبلغ أو الاستبدال حسب اختيارك، ويتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن في هذه الحالة.

طرق ومدة رد المبلغ

لا تتوفر استردادات نقدية كاش.

في حالة الدفع أونلاين: يتم رد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.

في حالة الدفع عند الاستلام: يتم رد المبلغ عبر تحويل بنكي باسم العميل، أو إلى محفظة هاتف محمول، أو محفظة بنكية.

بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه والموافقة على الاسترجاع، تتم عملية رد المبلغ خلال حتى 14 يوم عمل. وقد تستغرق الجهات المالية وقتًا إضافيًا لإتمام المعالجة.

عيب تصنيع

عند الاسترجاع بسبب عيب تصنيع مؤكد، يتم رد كامل المبلغ خلال حتى 14 يوم عمل عبر الحسابات البنكية أو المحافظ البنكية أو محافظ الهاتف المحمول.

الاستبدال

يتم الاستبدال مباشرةً من خلال خدمة العملاء فقط، ولا يتم طلب الاستبدال من خلال نموذج الاسترجاع.

في حالة رغبتك في استبدال المقاس أو اللون أو المنتج، يرجى التواصل مع خدمة العملاء لتأكيد توفر البديل وترتيب خطوات الاستبدال معك.

تتحمل سيجما فت مصاريف الشحن فقط في حالات العيب التصنيعي، أو إرسال منتج خاطئ، أو إرسال مقاس مختلف عن المطلوب. وفي غير ذلك، يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن.

مدة شحن البديل تكون ضمن المدة المعتادة للتوصيل من 2 إلى 7 أيام عمل، باستثناء الجمعة والسبت والعطلات الرسمية، وذلك بعد تأكيد الاستبدال من خلال خدمة العملاء.

ملاحظات إضافية

يرجى التأكد من مطابقة الشروط قبل طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال، إذ لا يتم قبول الطلبات غير المطابقة.

قد تخضع المنتجات المخفضة أو المشمولة بعروض لشروط خاصة، ويُرجى التواصل مع خدمة العملاء قبل الشراء لمعرفة التفاصيل.

تنفيذ الاستبدال مرتبط بتوافر المخزون. وفي حال عدم توفر البديل، يتم التواصل مع العميل لتقديم بديل مناسب أو رد المبلغ.

معلومة تنظيمية

ننفذ فحص جودة للمنتجات في المخزن قبل الشحن. وإذا تبين وجود عيب تصنيع لا يمكن شحنه، تحتفظ سيجما فت بحق إلغاء الطلب مع إخطار العميل ورد قيمة القطعة إذا كانت مدفوعة مسبقًا.

Return & Exchange Policy

This policy applies to online orders placed through our website only

Important Notice

This policy applies only to purchases made on our website.

In-store purchases are handled directly by our retail stores and follow different procedures.

Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged through stores, and in-store purchases cannot be handled through the online return process.

Returns

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the order date.

Return Eligibility

Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

All online returns must be submitted through our official return form.

No other method is available for online order returns.

Items sent back without submitting the form and receiving approval will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it properly.

Exceptions and Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns of socks, sports bags, masks, shakers, arm sleeves, and any item that directly touches the skin or is considered personal or hygienic, unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you return an item for reasons not related to quality or manufacturing defects, you may choose a refund or a replacement, and the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees.

Refund Method & Timing

Cash refunds are not available.

Online payments: refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery payments: refunds are issued via bank transfer to an account under the customer’s name, mobile wallet, or bank wallet.

After we receive, inspect, and approve the returned item, refunds are processed within up to 14 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.

Manufacturing Defects

For approved returns caused by a confirmed manufacturing defect, the full amount will be refunded within up to 14 business days via bank account, bank wallet, or mobile wallet.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled directly through our customer service team only. Exchange requests are not submitted through the return form.

If you would like to exchange a size, color, or item, please contact customer service so we can confirm availability and guide you through the exchange steps.

Sigma Fit covers shipping fees only in cases of a confirmed manufacturing defect, wrong item sent, or different size sent than the one ordered. In all other cases, the customer pays the shipping fees.

Approved replacements are shipped within the usual delivery window of 2 to 7 business days, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays, after the exchange is confirmed by customer service.

Additional Notes

Please make sure your request meets the policy conditions before submitting a return or exchange request. Requests that do not meet the conditions may not be accepted.

Discounted items or items included in special offers may be subject to special conditions. Please contact customer service before purchasing if you need clarification.

Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the requested replacement is not available, we will contact you to offer a suitable alternative or process a refund.
